I always stay here because it has Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining, a poolside snack bar, and a jacuzzi. The first time, they helped me find my lost earring. It has everything I need and I will be back for Christmas.

The pool was super refreshing after our long bike ride, and my kids loved the jaw-dropping waterfall. The quiet and clean rooms were perfect for our family, with separate rooms for the parents and kids. The pull-out bunk bed in the kids' room was a mind-blowing bonus. Despite my weak Italian, the owner gave us an amazing tour and we were able to communicate nicely with the help of Google translator. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruit, coffee, and my youngest couldn't get enough of the prosciutto. I highly recommend this place for its beautiful settings, great layout, hospitality, character, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Plus, the free laundry facilities, good local restaurants, and security were a huge plus. The apartment was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond. It was definitely worth every penny.

We enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We especially appreciated the on-site pool and the complimentary breakfast.
Our room felt a bit cramped for the number of people it was supposed to accommodate. We also found some of the additional charges for amenities to be unexpected and frustrating.

This is delightful accommodation and very comfortable. The whole complex is beautiful with many nice areas to sit out and have a drink. The staff are wonderful and even acknowledged my birthday in a special way having noticed the date from my passport. There are wonderful places to drive to in the area with Sabbioneta only 4 km away an absolute standout in 20 years of European travel. Mantua is also only 40 km away. Free parking and easy access in and out makes it terrific if you have a car. Also a terrific bar across the road with prepared food for heating in the apartment and wonderful small goods and snacks to eat there.
It is a couple of km in to the town so good to have a car or they have bikes for rent.

I had a great time during my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in finding transportation and gave me a lot of useful tips about the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of sweet and salty options. Lastly, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the location was convenient.
Cannot find any fault.

We stayed there for 3 nights exploring the region. It was a good base to tour Parmiggiano, balsamic and Prosciutto producers. All just drive away. The apartment had all we needed. Receptionist was really nice, very helpful. We rented bikes for free. Apartments etu clean, towels changed daily.
Noise. The building is just next to a main road with loads of trucks passing from early morning. Unless you want to sleep with no air and closed windows, get your earplugs ready, cause it's too noisy. I haven't slept well one night there.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The hotel was fully renovated, its facilities were spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We travelled to different cities like Milan and Verona, thanks to its prime location. We also enjoyed borrowing the bikes and riding them along the river Po. The breakfast offered sweet and salty options, while the coffee was amazing. Lastly, the swimming pool was refreshing and maintained well.
The only downside of this hotel was the lack of comfortable chairs or sofas in the room. It would have been nice to relax on comfortable furniture after a long day of exploring.

The hotel has a good-sized and nicely furnished room. The swimming pool is a lovely and relaxing addition to the facilities, especially for children. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the decor charming.
There were reported issues with management attempting to add additional charges, a broken hairdryer, and some miscommunication about the availability of certain amenities.

The hotel's attention to detail impressed us from the moment we arrived. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-equipped with a good kitchenette, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located near the river, making it perfect for cycling enthusiasts like us. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and a pizzeria nearby, offering a variety of dining options.
All was perfect during our stay, no improvements needed!
